Our Sunflower Cereal has nothing but real food in it – no magic, no tricks, no kuckoo. It has a pretty cool story too that starts with upcycled sunflower seeds that are high in protein and fiber, so it’s not only good for you, it’s good for the darn whole planet.
We’ve got a real pet peeve with “maple flavoring." Seriously, don’t mess with the real deal. In our Real Maple Sunflower Cereal, you will taste warm vanilla, a distinct note from the maple trees in northern Minnesota. As for the pinch of sea salt, ‘you are welcome’ to the 98% of the population that likes a salty-sweet treat.

"Food Allergies suck! If it's not one thing, it's sugar and this cereal has none of the hurty things aaaand is still delicious! That's the kicker! It's still delicious enough to eat as a dry snack which is the real tell of just how yummy this is! Most Allergen free cereals tastes like cardboard with some form of artificial sweetener that tastes like an afterthought like how most allergen free folks feel when they have to settle for salad when everyone else is having pizza if they didn't plan 10-steps ahead to bring their own food to the party! This cereal isn't that. It isn't an afterthought, or a byproduct or even a marketing scheme to get me to give my money to the same 5 cereal companies who's marketing corn/rice puffed air with stevia/monk fruit fart as allergen free cereal. This cereal is yummy! And is cut into little flowers like someone who loves me would cut my food into shapes to make it more palatable! It has excellent mouth feel and texture; the sweetness ratio is on point-not too overwhelming for sensitive tummies; It fills me up for hours! which is remarkable for cereal ( I want to want multiple bowls but one bowl (~1.25 cups cause I'm a growing girl) is perfect for me and my very active lifestyle. I'm always happy when I find this brand when I'm traveling, but am finally asking my local grocery store to carry it. Fingers crossed. If they don't, I'll just order some directly! Keep up the good work y'all!"

"This cereal is exactly what I was looking for. grain-free, gluten free, no refined sugars, non-GMO. The maple flavor is just right - it doesn't overpower the natural deliciousness of the sunflower cereal. The one cup recommended serving size is ample. I eat it with a cup of coconut milk every morning and it gives me just the right level of energy I need to easily make it to my mid-afternoon meal. I Highly recommend!!"
