Our crunchy Cocoa Sunflower Cereal is made with real cocoa and lightly sweetened with coconut sugar and California Medjool dates.

Our Simply Honey is sweetened with a touch of wildflower honey, toasted in coconut oil, and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt.

"These are the perfect add-on to my yogurt. At almost 70 y. o. , I need serious portion control, and these help! I also buy the full-on packages and then portion them out. LOVE the fruity ones (reminiscent of childhood loopy cereal sans garbage!). Hope Seven Sundays will make more individuals in the future.
